Construction Finance is a loan given by any financial institution recognized by RBI (Reserve Bank of India) to builders & developers to complete their ongoing construction projects which are secured through the project receivables. This loan offers an easy repayment tenor finely aligned with the sale of units and a moratorium period. This loan covers the payments to authorities, vendor & contractor payments, and marketing & admin expenses. Developers are first required to take all necessary approvals from competent authorities and the Rera number to apply for this loan.
